Received today and used it right away. Not for the beginner, you need a nice flexible asshole. I used a finger in the tunnel to keep it firm so insertion went just fine. Tomorrow I will use the large which I also bought. It’s a lot bigger than the medium, over 2 inches compared to my large Red Boy which I use nearly every day. If you can use a 2 inch plug without difficulty you should be able to use either Tunnel Plug. If you can only take a 1 1/2 inch butt plug I would only order the medium. Both should be a lot of fun with those nice size tunnels. I wanted them so I can hike for hours in the desert without having gas build up as occurs with a regular plug. Just be sure to clean out your colon before using or you might be embarrassed by what comes out.
