The extension is smooth and flexible, but still pretty sturdy. The bullet vibrator is nice too. The only concern we had was that the opening for the cock ring is kinda big. If you’re not very wide, it may not be very tight. It worked ok for us though. I’ve used it on my own as a regular dildo and it’s pretty nice for that too.
