I have been searching for an open ring gag for one reason, to keep a mouth open so a cock can be inserted. Many have a ring with a small internal diameter. The largest ring that comes in this set has an internal diameter of appx. 1.5″”, which is more than enough for the average cock. Due to the larger diameter of the largest ring, 2.25″”, it can put some strain on the jaw. Other than that, be warned that this may cause the wearer to drool in excess.

I was looking at 75 dollar leather open mouth gag and was skeptical that this cheaper toy might do the trick. I was and still am suprised and happy. The strap is a little cheap but it works so fat and in a sense you get what you pay for but I am very pleased work this purchase and love it when my wife asks me to put it on her.

He loved this on me but the large ring still was a bit too small. Also the latch was hard to secure it was much too long.
