Very comfortable. Only issue is that it might be too stretchy. Once in a while I can feel one of my boys heading north. Otherwise super comfy and does the job.

This item is definitely easy to wear it is definitely soft and pliable. The only problem I had with it was that after about two hours the testicles decided that they wanted to go up and they were able to slide through the stretcher because of its soft pliability other than that it’s a nice product.

I use it primarily as a c-ring, is very stretchy and comfortable. You could wear this 24/7, I absolutely love it! hands-down the best c-ring I have tried (and that is saying something). It is very soft, so you could probably tear it easily if you are not careful, mine is over 6 months old and still going strong.
