This is sleeve is so tight that it is hardly worth the money. I am average American length and girth, and struggled to put it on. Once on, I felt like I had a tourniquet on my penis. Also, it only covered about 3/4 of my length. It did fit snuggly on my thumb though! If your penis is very slim, this might be OK for you.
