Its curved downward and feels great as it stimulates my prostate amazingly. Would have to say it does however feel like it will fall apart soon. I have tried many types of “”real skin”” materials and this looked, felt, and smelt like a poor quality rubber. My item may have been defective, but the suction cup ripped off within the first use. It is very thick, not intended for beginners. Would not recommend due to poor quality of materials.
